Video surveillance system of far observing
The system is intended for the organization of protection and intellectual video surveillance of the big open spaces and frontier boundaries.
“Divisus Video Observer” solves:
- Intellectual video observation of the big open territories in a mode of real time.
- Automatic detection and capture of the moving object by a outdoor camera of far view and thermal vision camera.
- Independent power supply of the system based on solar modules and wind generator.
Into system structure is includes:
- Stationary post (workplace of the operator): antenna PPC, controler of radio relay communication, video server, multimonitor system, tube trunk-call, acoustic system, uninterrupted power supply and software Divisus Video Observer.
- Linear post (mast with placing equipment): antenna PPC, controller of radio relay communication, universal controller of security systems, self security detectors, loudspeaker, infra-red projectors, outdoor cameras, outdoor dome camera, outdoor camera of far view, thermal vision camera and complex of independent power supply based on storage batteries, solar modules and wind generator.

The description of system work
- The operator defines the zones of protection demanding special attention and registers preset-positions for the outdoor camera of far view and thermal vision camera. The outdoor camera of far view and thermal vision camera scans the registered preset-positions, stops in every position for specified time.
- In case of moving object detection, capture, recognition and automatic follow to the moving object. The pictogramme of a disturbing preset-position changes colour to the red and alarm audio message is played.
- The graphic site plan is displayed on one of monitors of multimonitor system. The pictogramme of a disturbing preset-position is highlighted. Real time video channels of the outdoor camera of far view and thermal vision camera are displayed on the other monitors.
